HAMILTON HILLS Baptist Church Day of Prayer FAQ Why a Day of Prayer Ministry? The Day of Prayer is a time each month that we can set aside to pray together as a Church for the ministries and concerns that God has given to us. What is a prayer emphasis? A prayer emphasis highlights one area to focus our time of prayer each month. With this focus, we will be able to lift up the ministries of our church in an organized way. A prayer emphasis also enables us to know that we are united with others in our Church through prayer. A prayer emphasis gives focus to our time but does not need to be the only topic of prayer. After prayer for the prayer emphasis, please pray as you feel led. When will days of prayer take place? Day of prayers will be every 2nd Tuesday of the month. Click here to view a the 2008 schedule. By signing up for the Day of Prayer ministry you are indicating your interest in praying for a specific 15 minute period of time once a month for the year of 2008.
