6th Annual Hamilton Hills Open
Dear friends, It's time again for the Hamilton Hills Open. This year's event will be held once again at Grey Eagle Golf Course in Fishers. We'll have a shot gun start at 7:30 am on Saturday, September 13th. This event is designed to introduce your friends and family to HHBC. If you've played in past HHBC Opens, you know it's a great event, and we're planning on success again this year This event may be the best ever bargain in golf outings. Each year, players remark about the quality of food, the course, giveaways and the prizes – all at a low per-player cost. The only way that can happen is with the underwriting help of company and individual sponsorships. This year there are three donor sponsorship levels. Bronze ($250) - Your company name on sponsored holes/golf cart - Your company name on sponsored prizes - Optional: Individual business cards or company pamphlets placed in tournament "goodie bags" Silver ($500) – all of the Bronze level benefits plus: - A free foursome at the event - Placement of company name and/or logo on t-shirts or mugs provided to all participants - Company name on table tents Gold ($1000) – all of the above, plus: - Your company name and logo on one of two drink/snack carts If you are interested in corporate sponsorship, contact Julie Wendel at wendeljcw@yahoo.com or 770-5290 (H) or 698-7803 (C). Please make checks payable to Hamilton Hills Baptist Church [donations are tax-deductible]. For accounting purposes, all checks are to be given or mailed to Julie Wendel (269 Manchester Ct, Noblesville, IN 46060)--please do not put your donations in the church offering plate! If you are not the individual in your company that can finalize the sponsorship decision, please get this letter to the appropriate person. Also, consider making a personal sponsorship which is another way to support the event. Regardless, we want you, your friends and family to tee it up with us on September 13th.
